J.C. Potter's success was built on high quality country made roll sausage with heartier flavors and less grease. Blended with the Potter family recipe of natural spices and pure pork, there are six delicious one pound flavors: Regular, Hot, Sage, Lite, Italian and new Taco Seasoned. Sausage Biscuits

For the on-the-go consumer, our sausage biscuit varieties can be microwaved in less than one minute! A delicious pre-cooked sausage pattie is teamed with a flaky buttermilk biscuit for a quick and easy meal or snack. Available in a jumbo or regular size, our sausage biscuits are a big hit with consumers.
Breakfast Links & Patties

In keeping with our great breakfast traditions, J.C. Potter makes breakfast links and patties. More convenient and “quick to fix” for today’s on-the-go consumer, both are available as fresh or fully cooked. Fully cooked items are in gas flushed packs to lock in the flavor and provide longer shelf life.
Grilling Links

J.C. Potter “packs the flavor” in our new and improved Grilling Link line up. Great on the grill, pan-fried or in a multitude of recipes: spaghetti, pizza toppings, casseroles and soups. Links come in six popular flavors: Bratwurst, Beer Bratwurst, Mild Italian, Hot Italian, Sweet Italian, and Jalapeno/Pepper Jack Cheese Bratwurst. J.C. Potter Grilling Links are made to fit the bun better and come five to a pound for a better consumer value.
Potter's Bacon

Tender, crisp, hickory smoked bacon is a great addition to any breakfast plate. While many brands hurry their process and use liquid smoke, J.C. Potter cures and smokes our bacon the old fashioned way, using real hickory chips. We offer several convenient size packages: 12 oz, 24 oz, and 48 oz along with 10lb and 30lb bulk boxes, to meet the needs of your high volume customers.
Hot Links & Smoked Sausage

J.C. Potter fully cooked hot links and smoked sausage are versatile and convenient. On the grill or skillet, they are ready in just minutes. Our hot links are vacuum packed in 1lb and 5lb exact weight sizes and are also available in a 10lb bulk box. Smoked Sausage comes in 1lb vacuum pack, five links to a pound. Our hot links and smoked sausage are great anytime of year!
